Today I'm trying some of the plastic canvas project ideas that I came across online, starting with this simple pouch design:
To make this pouch, I've worked my rainbow yarn on the plastic canvas diagonally in 6*6 cubes until I get the size that I want. Then to finish the project, just sew the edges together, leaving one opening on top. I have also left a small hoop of yarn so you can hang or hold the pouch more easily.
The size that I've created is perfect for a pair of glasses or just as a stationery pouch.
Plastic canvas sheets are so versatile and there are many possibilities with this material - pouches, card holders, clutch bags, containers... you name it!
